Founded in 1989, Greiner began as a commercial general contractor specializing in tenant improvements within Minneapolis’ central business district. As the first to focus on this niche market, we placed a strong emphasis on understanding and meeting the unique needs of each tenant, property manager, and property owner. This approach continues to define our work today.
Over the years, we’ve grown and thrived through our relationship-based approach, where no project is too big or too small.
