Summary:

Greiner Construction is seeking an experienced estimator with a collaborative approach to preparing accurate estimates with a focus on large projects including but not limited multi-family housing, historic repurposing, additions and large commercial workspaces.

Responsibilities:

• Determine scope and perform quantity takeoffs for construction trades including but not limited to: demolition, earthwork, concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, finishes, mechanical and electrical.
• Assist with pricing labor, material and equipment using historic data, past-experience, trade partner, supplier and rental firm pricing.
• Prepare cost analysis to include equipment, general conditions, materials and labor under the leadership of senior estimating staff.
• Trade partner solicitation and confirmation of participation.
• Work closely with operations and senior level estimators on trade partner analysis and buyout processes on negotiated projects.
