Greiner teamed with Rally Health for the construction of their new office space located at 212 3rd Ave N in Minneapolis. Rally’s Project Manager was located out-of-state, so the use of web-based project management tools were the key to promoting transparency and open communication with the client.

Greiner was selected for this project because our vast industry-respected tenant interior expertise. Through early collaboration with the design team and owner, we successfully delivered the client with 38,000 square feet of work-space in under 12 weeks.
