Embracing Change

After 80 years in the First National Bank Building, investment firm Mairs & Power was ready for a change. Greiner partnered with Cushman & Wakefield and Yellow Dog Studio to relocate the investment firm to the Wells Fargo Tower in St. Paul. The result was a light-filled new space with bespoke finishes and breathtaking views.
