Magnet360 and the Colliers group hired Greiner Construction for Pre-Construction and Construction services on their build-out of a 28,000 square foot office space at the West End Center in St. Louis Park. The project team was familiar with the West End Building as they had also recently completed the building re-skin.

With a tight schedule in place, there was absolutely no room for error. The Greiner team efficiently communicated with all subcontractors and parties to keep construction and Magnet360’s move-in date on time. We are proud to report that this space was finished in only three months.
