Greiner partnered with Aparium, ESG, and the State Historic Preservation Office to reimagine a vacant warehouse into a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Minneapolis. The Hewing has consistently been on Conde Nast Traveler's 15 best hotels in the Midwest list most recently landing in 5th.
