Fish & Richardson hired Greiner Construction to build out their newly created “Administrative Hub” on the 4th floor of the RBC plaza. This space houses roughly 150 people in the accounting, IT, practice support, and human resources teams. Select areas were demolished and the space was built out into a new, open office design which is an entirely fresh concept to the law firms in Minneapolis.

It was the desire of Fish & Richardson to have this space be cutting edge and non-traditional in appearance. In addition to maximizing efficiency and functionality, Greiner provided Pre-Construction and Construction Services and transformed this space to offer increased flexibility and collaboration, as well as to improve the attraction and retention of employees for Fish & Richardson.
