A Facility Renovation That Empowers Youth and Fosters Independent Living

Greiner was proud to partner with Ellipsis on a second project on the north side of Des Moinoes to renovate an existing building into a modern living space designed to help young women successfully transition into independent adulthood. The 14,000-square-foot building split into two floors offers ten foster care beds for girls and eight apartment units for young women.
