Greiner provided Pre-Construction and Construction services for CommonGrounds’ first location in Minnesota, located in the Downtown skyway at 801 S Marquette. CommonGrounds is a co-working/shared office space with multiple locations all around the United States.

Third-party coordination was important in phase two of construction as demountable wall systems were brought over with installers from Italy. The high occupancy design necessitated a large HVAC zoning system. It was a very intricate process with the coordination of all MEP trades to fit in the plenum spaces.
