Associated Skin Care Specialists hired Greiner Construction to provide Pre-construction and Construction services for their new location in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. The project required the full renovation of the second floor of a two-story building, with the main level being occupied.

• The lobby/waiting room
• Exam rooms equipped with built-in cabinets
• A laboratory
• A set of restrooms

Greiner worked diligently with the owner and architect to ensure each exam room was uniform. In fact, Greiner met with each doctor on staff and created a mock-up of their room to ensure the location and distance of the cabinets, exam chair, desk, and supplies were all accurately placed.

Greiner also worked with the adjacent building owner to utilize their vacant space for material staging during construction. The Associated Skin Care project was completed on schedule and within eight weeks.
