Spire Credit Union hired Greiner to construct a new 6,800 square foot branch location near existing retail stores in Maple Grove, Minnesota. The structural steel building has a metal panel, stone, and brick exterior. In addition to the construction of the single-story building, exterior site work included the preservation of specific existing trees and the addition of a new curb and gutters.
The scope of work included:
- A lobby/waiting lounge
- Multiple offices
- A conference room
- Restrooms
- An employee break room
- A data room
- A janitor’s storage area
- A drive-up teller window with bullet-resistant windows and frame
- An after-hour deposit drop box that is fully secured
- 33 surface parking stalls
The construction of this project was completed in only 4 months. This allowed SFCU to move its existing branch location from a nearby strip mall into the new facility prior to its grand opening.
This project was delivered by the successful partnership of Tony Ghilani and Randy Johnson.
