Solhavn Apartments

Located in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis, Greiner was hired to construct Solhavn Apartments, a 6-story building with 137 luxurious rental units. This pre-cast concrete/wood-frame building has a metal panel and brick exterior, as well as tons of foliage to give the downtown apartment complex a nice, suburban feel. 

Apartment building amenities include:

• Three levels of underground parking (a total of 173 parking spaces)
• An exercise room
• A yoga room
• A state-of-the-art concrete plaza deck with a trellis
• A gas fire pit
• Grilling stations
• A fireplace
• Aluminum railings with glass panels
• Walk-out access (on select units)
