HealthEast Vadnais Heights

Greiner Construction was hired by HealthEast to provide interior construction services for the interior build out of their newly constructed clinic in Vadnais Heights.

Scope of work included construction on:

• The lobby
• The reception area
• Lab and X-ray exam rooms
• The break room
• The conference room
• Administrative offices

This project required a partnership with the exterior contractor of the building to ensure that scheduled hand-offs were met. Greiner completed construction in only three months, finished on-time, and with no unforeseen change orders.
