Fish & Richardson hired Greiner Construction to build-out their newly created “Administrative Hub” on the 4th floor of the RBC plaza. This space houses roughly 150 people in the accounting, IT, practice support and human resources teams.

It was the desire of Fish & Richardson to have this space be cutting edge and non-traditional looking. In addition to maximizing efficiency and functionality, Greiner transformed this space to provide additional flexibility, collaboration and to improve the attraction and retention of employees for Fish & Richardson.

Providing Pre-Construction and Construction Services, select areas were demolished and the space was built-out to a new, open office design which is a concept that is fresh to the law firms in Minneapolis.

Specific design elements, such as fabric acoustical hanging panels and white noise system / sound control measures were put into place to reduce noise levels. Wallpaper and wood veneer wall covering accents are found throughout the space along with multiple huddle rooms and on-demand collaboration areas.

Fish & Richardson was so pleased with the smooth construction process that Greiner was contracted to perform construction services for their second phase renovation within six months of the Phase 1 completion.
