- A new coffee and cocktail bar
- More than 4,700 square feet of meeting and private dining space
- An expanded fitness center
- A ground floor concierge lounge
- Seven new guest rooms
- Brand new finishes in the remaining guest rooms
This project was delivered by the successful partnership of Terry Leonard and Matt Sonnek.
