Greiner Construction was hired by Ballard Spahr (formerly Lindquist and Vennum) to perform Pre-Construction and Construction services for their relocation within the IDS Center in downtown Minneapolis.

Ballard occupies the 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st floors.

You are greeted on the 20th floor by the main reception that showcases simulated stone countertops, wood veneer panels, vinyl wall coverings, customer plaster and a grand staircase that connects all four floors.

Throughout their work-space, you will find high-end, luxury finishes such as sliding glass security doors, an extensive security system, motorized roller shades, multiple conference rooms with extensive acoustical features and glass front offices surrounding the perimeter of the building.
Some unique features of the space include wood flooring in the break room, tile accent walls and linear wood tongue and groove plank ceiling.
This project was completed in five months.
