Greiner was hired for Pre-Construction and Construction Services to build Minneapolis’s new location of the Denver-based restaurant. Bacon Social House is a 4,500 square foot, full-service restaurant designed by Shea Inc. The space is located in the historic Thresher building which was recently repurposed into a hotel, with the restaurant occupying a tenant space on street level.

Keeping the original wood structure was a key piece of the design. An array of light fixtures were used to showcase the exposed elements of the building. A custom wall mural was designed and installed on a feature wall to highlight the Bacon Social House theme and connect it to their other restaurant locations.

This project was delivered by the successful partnership of Tony Ghilani and Dan Long.
