- Polished concrete floors
- Exposed wood veneer
- Vinyl wall coverings
- Pendant and track lighting
Office amenities include:
- Executive offices
- A wellness room
- A board room
- Collaborative spaces
- Multiple huddle rooms
- A showcase of open offices around the perimeter
- A guest coffee bar with a Cambria countertop
Greiner completed construction on schedule and in only 12 weeks time.
Robert Dunleavy and Randy Johnson led the Greiner partnership to provide a smooth delivery of ADM’s new work-space, meeting all scheduled milestones.
