Greiner Construction is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to provide support to the office, marketing, and human resource teams. Qualified candidates exhibit a high level of energy and professionalism, excellent communication skills and a commitment to a team-oriented culture. Responsibilities at a minimum include:

  • Managing schedules and organizing internal and external meetings and attendance
  • Managing corporate databases, reports, records, and correspondence, providing necessary communication to team members
  • Assist in, editing, and updating corporate print and digital materials and presentations
  • Assist in marketing and promotional strategies
  • Update company headlines and news in multiple medias
  • Serve as liaison for corporate partners, industry organizations, government agencies, recruiters
  • Provide general office support of ordering supplies, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and accepting deliveries
