Greiner Construction, HGA and R.J. Ryan Construction have delivered an innovative, nearly 400,000 total square foot project – known as Prime Landing – for Prime Therapeutics LLC (Prime), a pharmacy benefit manager that serves 22 Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans across the country. Prime Landing sits on approximately 40 acres adjacent to the Viking Lakes development in Eagan.

Designed to support greater employee productivity, mobility and collaboration, the modern, light-filled workspace features a wide array of conference rooms and flexible meeting spaces. The environment also enhances culture and promotes wellness through a fitness center, a cafeteria with healthy food options, a Caribou Coffee shop, a spacious dining area, an outdoor deck overlooking Lake Shanahan and other amenities.

“Guided by our motto “Strength from the Inside Out,” we’re honored to help Prime fulfill their vision of a flexible, scalable, world-class facility that attracts and retains top talent while supporting a healthy workplace culture,” says Hans Siefker, president of Greiner Construction. “We’re especially proud that we were able to deliver the project while reducing risk, saving time and money and minimizing disruption to Prime’s day-to-day operations.”

“At Prime, we recognize that people are our greatest asset,” says Brian Holmes, assistant vice president of strategic partnerships and real estate of Prime. “Greiner, HGA and R.J. Ryan were clear choices for this exciting project as they shared our vision for a modern office environment that inspires and encourages our employees to be engaged and collaborative.”
